The Euro 2020 Championships will take place between Friday 11th June 2021 and Sunday 11th July 2021. In a change from the norm matches are spread across various nations in Europe with the semi’s and final taking place at Wembley, London.
Reigning champions Portugal and their talisman Cristiano Ronaldo are looking to retain their title in what may be his last tournament. At 9/1 they are outsiders to the likes of France, England and Belgium but you can never write off a team with one of the worlds greatest players leading the line. Perhaps you can chart Portugal’s journey to the final using this Euro 2020 Excel predictor and see if you fancy their chances this time around?

The free Euro 2020 Excel Predictor can be downloaded from the link at the end of this post, it does not contain any macros. The predictor tool has been developed using Excel 365 although the functionality should work in older versions of Excel if you haven’t upgraded yet.
To use the file enter your predictions for the matches starting with the Group Stage worksheet. The league tables will update when you enter the scores so you can see which teams are in the qualifying positions for the knock out stages as you update.
When all scores for the group stages have been entered the Knockout Stage worksheet shows the latter stages of the tournament.
Teams are auto-populated from their league positions to the Last 16 matches and then auto-populated to each round thereafter. Basically this means all you do is enter a score for each match and the Excel file will do the rest!
